LOUIS P. SCHEPS brings with him more than 40 years experience in running
profitable companies. He has been responsible for defining and executing
CAS's corporate and business development activities as President and CEO
since 1990. During this time, CAS has grown from $3.5 million to an
estimated $12 million in sales revenues for 2000 and was a recipient of
the 'Connecticut Fast 50' award for the fastest growing technology
companies in the state. Previously, Mr. Scheps held the position of
Director of Manufacturing. Before coming to CAS, Mr. Scheps was Vice
President of Posi-Seal International, a company specializing in the
manufacturing of valves for the oil, gas and waters industries worldwide
that was sold to Monsanto in 1985. Mr. Scheps holds an Engineering
degree from Purdue University and received his Business education from
the GE Management Program. Profile
