MICHAEL P. WISE, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NetRadio
Corporation, has more than 20 years of financial and accounting
experience with publicly held companies. He has extensive experience in
accounting, finance, strategic planning, administration and operations.
Mr. Wise has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
NetRadio.com since March 1999. From December 1997 to March 1999, he
served as Vice President and Corporate Controller for Health Fitness
Corporation, a publicly held, Minneapolis-based manager of fitness
centers for Fortune 500 companies and large hospitals. Previously, Mr.
Wise served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of The
Sled Dogs Company, a publicly held, Minneapolis-based manufacturer,
marketer and distributor of snow skates. Mr. Wise received his MBA and a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas,
St. Paul, MN. Mr. Wise holds CPA certification from the State of Iowa. Profile
ERIC H. PAULSON has served as Chairman of the Board since May 1996 and
also served as Chief Executive Officer of NetRadio Corporation from
