Robert Lee – Inxight Software Inc

DR. ROBERT P. LEE joined Inxight Software, Inc. as President and Chief Executive Officer in February 1999. Previously, he was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Insignia Solutions Plc from December 1993 to March 1997, a software company he took public on NASDAQ in 1995. From August 1992 to December 1993, Dr. Lee was President and Chief Executive Officer of CIMIC Systems Corporation, a start-up healthcare software company. He was an Executive Vice President at Symantec Corporation, a personal computer software company, from June 1990 to August 1992; a Senior Vice President at Shared Medical Systems Corporation, a health care computer software and services company, from April 1988 to June 1990; and at IBM Corporation from September 1977 to April 1988 in various technical and business management positions. Dr. Lee worked at Computer Sciences Corporation from 1974 to 1977. Dr. Lee received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley in 1972, and Master's and Doctorate degrees in Computer Science in 1973 and 1977, respectively, from the University of California at Los Angeles. Dr. Lee is a member of the Board of Directors of S3, Inc. and Accela.com, and Chairman of Osel, Inc. (a private biopharmaceutical company).
