CORNELIUS 'PETE' PETERSON VIII has served as President and Chief
Executive Officer since founding Net Silicon, Inc. in 1984, and as
Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 1999. Prior to founding
NETsilicon, Mr. Peterson founded Distribution Management Systems, Inc.,
a supplier of distribution systems for Fortune 100 companies, which was
sold in 1981 to Cullinet Corporation. Mr. Peterson was also a Founder of
Softech, a leading supplier of computer language and software
development and services. Mr. Peterson holds a BS and an MS from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Profile
