ANDREW PENDRILL is a Director of ABN AMRO Equities (UK) Limited and a
senior member of the Pharmaceutical Research Team. ABN AMRO's

addition to acting in a corporate capacity for some of the worlds
leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Mr Pendrill's career in
