BHARAT PATEL is the Chief Executive of The Health Clinic Plc. Mr Patel
has many years' experience in multi-site businesses. After completing
his chartered accountancy training with Norton Keen & Co, he held posts
as International Corporate Audit Manager with Avis Inc. and Finance
Manager with B.A.T. Stores Plc, before becoming Finance Director of
Tesco Stores Limited in 1986. He then progressed to Regional Managing
Director and Acquisitions Director positions at Tesco Stores Limited,
before moving to Woolworths Plc as Finance Director. In November 1996 he
