DR. LOUIS T. MONTULLI is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Greenland
Corporation. Dr. Montulli has an extensive background in research,
development and marketing high-tech products. He served in senior
positions in the Department of Defense and Department of Energy during
the 1970s and was a member of the White House staff from 1981 to 1984.
From 1984 to 1989, he was Vice President of Engineering at the Boeing
Company. From 1989 to 1996, Dr. Montulli was employed by Lockheed Martin
Corporation, where he served as Senior Vice President of new business
development, marketing and advanced systems. While there, he captured
$350 million in domestic and international programs his first year and
started several successful commercial spin-offs in subsequent years. Dr.
Montulli holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from
the University of Rochester, and a Doctorate in Engineering from UCLA. Profile
