DAN GITTLEMAN is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
StorageApps. He founded Raid Power Services, Inc. in 1995. Under Mr.
Gittleman's direction, a strong customer focus and innovative software
established the company as a leading value-added reseller and storage
management provider for the financial services industry. Anticipating
evolving customer requirements, primarily in response to the evolving e-
world, RAID Power began developing a storage area network (SAN) strategy
in 1998 and introduced the first generation of its SAN storage server
(SANSuite_) in 1999. In February 2000, the company was relaunched as
StorageApps. As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Gittleman
provides strategic business direction for the company and is a dedicated
advocate for customer-centric solutions. Mr. Gittleman's entrepreneurial
career also includes several successful technology start-ups prior to
