MICHAEL R. WILLIAMS is President and CEO of Interline Resources
Corporation. Headquartered in Alpine, Utah, in 1985, Mr. Williams
founded Interline Natural Gas, Inc., the privately held predecessor
company to Interline Resources Corporation. In 1990, he merged his
private company into the current public company. Prior to 1985, he was
the Director of Limited Partnerships Drilling Funds for an area oil and
gas company. Mr. Williams has 20 years of experience in all aspects of
the oil and gas business. He is a co-inventor of the patented used oil
re-refining technology, marketed by Interline Resources Corporation. Mr.
Williams hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brigham
