CHRISTOPH GERLINGER is the Chief Financial Officer of CDV Software
Entertainment AG. He looks after the departments of finance,
controlling, investor relations and business development, especially
contacts to developers and partners abroad. In the past year, Christoph
Gerlinger influenced the focus of our strategy, especially the financing
of the further growth. Additionally, he prepared our going public. After
an apprenticeship in a bank and a course in economics, Gerlinger became
an assistant manager in a medium- sized business, later working in the
software entertainment trade for about three years as commercial head of
