KENNETH A. CHYMIAK has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of
ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc., since October 1999. He has been the
President and a Director of TULSAT since 1985. He and his brother,
David E. Chymiak, acquired TULSAT in 1985 and owned 50% of the
outstanding capital stock in the company. Prior to that time, Mr.
Chymiak owned several automobile dealerships and also was an independent
securities broker. He also engages in certain real estate investments
through Chymiak Investments LLC and certain other entities. Profile
