David Gustafson – Entertainment Digital Network Inc (ednt.ob)

DAVID GUSTAFSON, newly appointed CEO of Entertainment Digital Network, Inc., dba EDnet, Inc., joined co-founders Tom Kobayashi and Tom Scott in establishing the company (as Entertainment Digital Network) in 1992. Mr. Gustafson had served as the President and Chief Operating Officer since March 1996 after spending the first four years as Vice President, Marketing and Sales. He has served as a Director of the company since its inception. From 1989 to 1992, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of SLT, Inc., a private New York-based consumer products manufacturer. In 1985 he moved from southern California to New York to help launch the American division of Wacoal Corp., a $2-billion multinational consumer products company based in Kyoto, Japan. At Wacoal he acted as Corporate Vice President and Director, with responsibilities that included merchandising and Design, sales, marketing and advertising, until 1989. Prior to this start-up venture, Mr. Gustafson was Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising for the Olga Company; Management Information Systems Consultant with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in Los Angeles; and a computer Systems Engineer and Manager at EDS Corp., working in New York, Miami and Dallas. Mr. Gustafson received his Bachelor's degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California, and further training in marketing and executive management from the graduate business schools at the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of Southern California.
