CHARLES (DENNY) BRENNAN is Senior Vice President of Services Delivery
for Neoforma. As such, Mr. Brennan is responsible for connecting
suppliers, buyers and channel partners through the Neoforma Internet
marketplace solution. Mr. Brennan and his Services Delivery team do this
by implementing and integrating the Neoforma solution into current
systems using best-of-breed technologies. Prior to joining Neoforma in
January 2000, Mr. Brennan was a Vice President in Computer Sciences
Corporation's Healthcare Group and National Director of its supply chain
practice. In that capacity, he was responsible for the design and
application of supply chain solutions for healthcare providers and
technology, intermediary and life sciences organizations. These
solutions spanned product and vendor management, logistics, enterprise
resource technologies and electronic commerce. Mr. Brennan has a
Master's of Education degree from Harvard University and a Master's of
