WALLACE NEAL JORDAN is the adviser's President, Director, and Portfolio
Manager, and has held these positions since 1989. In 1972, Mr. Jordan
founded Equity Assets Management, Inc. (EAM), a registered investment
adviser. He served as EAM's President, Director, and Portfolio Manager
until 1995, when EAM merged with Jordan American Holdings, Inc. In
addition, Mr. Jordan has served since 1994 as the President, Director
and a General Partner of Jordan Assets, Ltd., a separate investment
management firm that advises the Jordan Index Fund, LP, a privately held
limited partnership. Also, Mr. Jordan has served as the President,
Director, and a Registered Representative of IMPACT Financial Network,
Inc., formerly Management Securities, Inc., since it was founded in
1986. Mr. Jordan attended Broward Community College from 1981 to 1983.
He is currently President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the
Board of Directors of JAHI. Also, Mr. Jordan is a Director of IMPACT
