Larry Liebenow – Quaker Fabric Corporation (qfab)

LARRY A. LIEBENOW, President, CEO and Director of Quaker Fabric Corporation, has been with the company since 1989. Prior to Quaker Fabric, Mr. Liebenow was President and Chairman of Nortex International from 1983 to 1989; Chief Operating Officer of Grupo Pliana, S.A. in Mexico from 1971 to 1983; Vice President of Finance at Dalmine Siderca S.A.I.C. in Argentina from 1969 to 1971; and a Financial Analyst at Dalmine Siderca S.A.I.C. from 1968 to 1969. He is currently Chairman of the International Policy Committee of the US Chamber of Commerce, as well as Director (since 1996) of the US Chamber of Commerce; and a member (since 1997) of the Board of Directors of the Center for International Private Enterprise. Mr. Liebenow also is on the Advisory Boards of National Grid, Council of the Americas, and the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America. In addition to being a member of The Providence Committee on Foreign Relations, he belongs to the Hope Club, University Club and Cornell Club. Mr. Liebenow received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University and his MBA from Cornell University. Profile
