NAN ROGERS has been a Real Estate analyst with Charterhouse Securities
since 1994. She has been working with Hugh Rich since 1995. The team
recently achieved fifth place in the Reuters and Extel surveys. Mrs
Rogers entered the securities business in 1982, when she joined Grenfell
and Colegrave. In 1986, she left and went to work for James Capel. She
resigned from James Capel in 1991, following the birth of her second
child. She returned to the market in 1994. She has a degree in
Structural Engineering and has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. Profile
particular universe of stocks that you follow closely?
Mrs. Rogers: Yes, we follow roughly between 20 companies in the
