THOMAS M. MCNAMARA has been with CIBC Oppenheimer since January, 1995 as
an equity analyst specializing in metals and mining. Prior to that he
was employed at Kidder, Peabody & Co. since 1993 as an equity research
associate in the metals and mining areas. Mr. McNamara graduated from
Providence College in 1992 with BA degrees in Accounting and History.
Following graduation he spent a year providing volunteer social and
financial counseling with a private organization in Helena, Montana. He
is also currently a Chartered Financial Analyst candidate and is taking
classes as a non-matriculated student at the Columbia University Henry
Krumb School of Mines, in addition to being a member of the New York
Section of the Society of Mining Engineers and the New York Nonferrous
