Zenas B. Noon

Zenas B. Noon, Jr. is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hyal
Pharmaceutical Corporation. His professional background includes
experience at such companies as: Allied Signal, Inc., Supervisor and
Technical Specialist 1961-1965; Pfizer, Inc., Director 1965-1970;
Sandoz, Inc., Vice President, General Manager and Director 1970-1982;
BioVec Technologies, Inc., Adjunct President/CEO 1984-1985; Eastman
Kodak Company, Director 1986-1992; Pharos Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
President and CEO 1993-1998; Noon Associates, Management Consultant,
1982-1998. He has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of
Arizona as well as a Ph.D. in Economic Entomology from the University of
Illinois.
