Wolfgang Dondorf

Wolfgang Dondorf, aged 53, Chairman of the management Board of Pfeiffer
Vacuum Technology AG, joined the company as Managing Director in July
1994. From 1989 until 1994, Mr. Dondorf served as Managing Director of
King Plastic GmbH, a plastic components manufacturing company. Prior
thereto, he held management and executive positions with Sprague
Electric Inc. (1971 to 1979), a manufacturer of electronic components,
Starkstrom Gummersbach GmbH (1979 to 1982), a manufacturer of electrical
and electronic equipment, and Pulsotronic (1982 to 1989), a sensor
manufacturer. Mr. Dondorf received a Master’s degree in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Aachen, Germany.
