William F. Snider

WILLIAM F. SNIDER (joined firm in 1991) is a Vice President of T. Rowe
Price Associates and a portfolio manager in the firm’s Municipal
Department. He is responsible for the management of institutional
private accounts with best-after-tax investment objectives and is the
portfolio manager of the T. Rowe Price New York Fund, New Jersey Bond
Fund, Tax Free High Yield Fund and co-manager of the Tax Efficient
Balanced Fund. In addition, he is the Municipal Department
representative on the Fixed Income Derivatives Committee, a member of
the Nuclear Decommissioning Trust Investment Team, and a vice president
of other tax-free funds. He earned and MBA and a BSE from the Wharton
School.
