William A. Marshall

WILLIAM A. MARSHALL joined the NEON Communications, Inc., in September
2001. Prior to NEON Communications, Mr. Marshall was Chief Financial
Officer and Treasurer for Vitts Networks in Manchester, New Hampshire, a
provider of high-speed Internet communications and enterprise
networking, from September 1999-2001. From 1995-1999 he was Chief
Financial Officer and Treasurer of Viisage Technology in Littleton,
Massachusetts, a provider of identification systems and systems
integration services. From 1974-1994, he was associated with KPMG Peat
Marwick in Baltimore, Maryland, and served as a Partner in the firm from
1987-1994. Mr. Marshall has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public
Accountant.
