Willi Back

WILLI BACK is the Chairman of the Executive Board of GESCO AG. He was
appointed Chairman in 1990, after nearly 25 years of management
experience in SMEs and large groups. Prior to his role as Chairman, Mr
Back worked for industrial SME Ackermann-Fruehauf, which comprises
various subsidiaries and plants. Within this company, which was part of
an international group of companies, he held the following positions:
three years as procurist (authorised signatory) for finance,
administration and personnel; one year as Deputy Director; five years as
Director for sales and all commercial fields; twelve years as Managing
Director.
