Will C. Willis

WILL C. WILLIS, JR. has been President, Chief Executive Officer and
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Global Technovations, Inc. since
May 1997. GTN is a publicly traded technology company. As President and
Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Willis is responsible for
the overall management of the business, with an emphasis on business
strategy and long-term planning. Mr. Willis also actively supervises the
marketing of the company’s OSA-IIs. Mr. Willis is Chairman of Willis &
Associates, a six-person management consulting firm assisting small- and
medium-sized technology, healthcare and consumer products companies. The
firm specializes in a broad spectrum of service ranging from strategic
planning to executive coaching.
