Ward Tatge

WARD TATGE is a Senior Vice President and Director of Fixed Income
Research for Delaware Investments. Prior to joining the firm in 2000,
Mr. Tatge was a high yield research analyst specializing in distressed
securities for Conseco Capital Management and Credit Suisse First
Boston. He also worked as an equity analyst for a hedge fund and as a
management consultant for Hay Group. Mr. Tatge earned an undergraduate
degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and an MBA degree from
Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
