Walter M. Groteke

WALTER M. GROTEKE has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
since co- founding NetWolves Corporation in June 1998. Mr. Groteke has
been instrumental in establishing new business opportunities and
strategic alliances with other organizations, including Norstan Network
Services (now NetWolves Network Services), General Electric, and others.
Mr. Groteke has also directed large financial efforts to provide funding
for ongoing research and development, expansion, and general operations.
Prior to co-founding NetWolves, Mr. Groteke served as regional business
development manager for Techmatics, Inc., a Department of Defense
information systems contractor. From 1993-1995, Mr. Groteke was a Senior
Account Manager for the NYNEX Strategic Account Management program. Mr.
Groteke received a BS in Management with concentrations in Business
Economics and Finance from East Stroudsburg University.
