Wally E. Boguski, President and Director of Kenrich-Eskay Mining Corp., has been
at the company’s helm as Director since August 1997, taking over as President in
October 2002. Mr. Boguski is a private businessman and corporate consultant with
a background in finance and mining. He has 15 years of management experience at
public companies and has directly participated in all phases of the mining
sector, including prospecting, land acquisition and mineral exploration. Mr.
Boguski also spent 25 years as a key player in mining and resource projects in
Canada, the USA and Latin America.
