W. Vickery Stoughton

W. VICKERY STOUGHTON, Chairman, CEO, and co-Founder of Careside, has
served since the formation of the company in July 1996. Mr. Stoughton is
a widely known and respected industry leader, with many years of
extensive experience in the diagnostics laboratory testing industry and
in hospital management. Prior to Careside, he was President of
SmithKline Diagnostics and SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories
International from 1992 to 1996. He also served as CEO of Duke Medical
Center, CEO of Toronto General Hospital and COO of Brigham and Women’s
Hospital in Boston.
