Victor Jacobs

Victor Jacobs has served as Chairman of the Board of Allou Health &
Beauty Care, Inc. since December 1985. Prior to that, he was Chairman
of Ever Ready First Aid Corporation, an assembler and wholesale
distributor of first aid kits, for over ten years. Before Ever Ready
First Aid Corporation, Mr. Jacobs was in the business of importing
prestige fragrances from Eastern Europe and Latin America. Mr. Jacobs
was also previously in the poultry distribution business.
