Vern Hanzlik

VERN HANZLIK is President and Chief Executive Officer of Stellent, Inc.
He is focused on leading Stellent to achieve improved growth in revenue
and profitability and even greater innovation and inventiveness with its
products. Most recently, Mr. Hanzlik was Vice President of Sales, a role
in which he successfully led the company in meeting its revenue goals
while expanding the sales force and indirect sales channel. He has been
with Stellent since 1991 and served as Vice President of Product
Marketing and Business Development from 1995-1999. He has nearly 20
years of experience in product management and distribution, including
seven years of industry marketing, application consulting and product
management for the IBM 3270 market at Lee Data Corporation. Mr. Hanzlik
graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Administration.
