V. M. Esposito

V. M. ESPOSITO is President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Antex
Biologics Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience in international
business and technology management in the pharmaceutical and
biotechnology industry with both Fortune 100 and emerging companies. His
experience spans the operating areas of technology development,
manufacturing, regulatory affairs, marketing, finance, business
development, and strategic planning in the areas of vaccines,
therapeutics and diagnostics. Prior to joining the company in May 1992,
Dr. Esposito was Founder, President and CEO of Theracel Corporation. He
has also held senior management positions at American Hospital Supply
Corp. (Baxter), Becton Dickinson & Co., Miles Laboratories (Bayer
Pharmaceutical), and American Home Products Corporation. Dr. Esposito
began his professional career as an Officer in the U.S. Public Health
Service at the National Institutes of Health in the Laboratory of
Bacterial Products. He holds a PhD in Biochemistry from West Virginia
University.
