Uday Bellary

Uday Bellary joined the company as its vice president and chief
financial officer in 1997. Previously, he served as vice president of
finance and administration and chief financial officer of DTM
Corporation, manufacturer of computer-driven laser systems for
industrial prototyping. From 1990 to 1996, he served in various
positions at Cirrus Logic, Inc., most recently as director of finance.
Mr. Bellary holds a B.S. degree from Karnatak University and a DMA from
the University of Bombay. He is also a chartered accountant and a
certified public.
