Tor D. Wilson

TOR D. WILSON, President of Badger Daylighting Inc., earned a BSc.F from
the University of New Brunswick and an MBA from Laurentian University.
Most recently Mr. Wilson worked as a Senior Vice President and COO of
Timberjack Inc., an international equipment manufacturer and distributor
operating primarily in the forestry industry, with worldwide sales of
$600 million US.
