Tony J. Morris

TONY J. MORRIS is President and Chief Executive Officer of Neotonus
Inc., a biotechnology company based in Marietta, Ga., that provides
cost-effective, non-invasive healthcare solutions utilizing advanced
pulsed magnetic neuromodulation technologies. Prior to launching
Neotonus, Mr. Morris founded Park Square Inc., an engineering,
development and construction firm, where he initiated a variety of
projects for clients such as Delta Air Lines, USA TODAY, the Texas
Rangers and Lincoln Property Co. During his tenure, Park Square
participated in over $9 billion in development projects, including major
office and retail facilities, sports complexes, the Chicago O’Hare and
New York La Guardia Airport Terminal expansions and numerous other
public and private developments. Mr. Morris is also the Founder and
President of American Maglev Technology Inc., a company that develops
magnetic levitation train technology. Since 1994, Mr. Morris has been
dedicated to bringing the technology to the marketplace and is a co-
inventor for patents issued in support of the American Maglev
development effort. Mr. Morris is active in community affairs and
received the Cobb County Volunteer of the Year Award in 1996 for his
contributions to Georgia youth baseball. He has long been associated
with youth activities, including the private development of youth
recreation facilities in his community. Mr. Morris earned his Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1978.
