specialist, UK-based M&A consultant. Representative clients include
American Century Investments, Barnes & Noble, Coca Cola, Compaq, Daimler
Chrysler, and many other leading companies. Prior to the advent of the
Internet, he was an Emmy-winning writer-producer of television
documentaries.
