Timothy R. Anderson

TIMOTHY R. ANDERSON is Chief Financial Officer of Carrier Access. He has
21 years of experience in corporate finance and administration with 14
years in the high-tech and telecom industries. He is responsible for all
accounting and financial departments, operations and human resources.
Prior to joining Carrier Access, he was Controller at RIK Medical, a
medical equipment manufacturer. Previously, Mr. Anderson held financial
management and accounting positions with Motorola and Alpen, Inc. He
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a
Master of Business Administration degree, both from the University of
Colorado at Boulder. He is a Certified Management Accountant.
