Timothy F. Finley

TIMOTHY F. FINLEY has been Chairman and CEO of Joseph A. Bank Clothiers
since August 1990. Prior thereto and concurrently, he was Chairman of
The Finley Group, a major Crisis Management firm, based in Charlotte,
North Carolina. He served as President of Fred’s Inc., Castleberry
Foods, OTASCO, and Washington Industries. He was a partner at Deloitte,
Haskins & Sells; and Executive Vice President of Cannon Mills. He
currently sits on the Board of Cole National Corp. and Venture Stores.
