Timothy B. Page

TIMOTHY B. PAGE, Chief Financial Officer of Perry Ellis International,
Inc., has served as a senior level executive and consultant for a
variety of companies. His apparel experience includes eight years at
Farah, Inc., where he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer, and as a member of the board of directors. He was
also employed by Haggar Company for four years and held various
management positions. He co-founded and was the Chief Financial Officer
and Chief Operating Officer at TRI-GAS, Inc., and Aertec Inc., two
leverage rollups in the industrial gas and specialty chemical
industries. Mr. Page received a Master’s in Business Administration from
the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and is active in numerous
charitable organizations.
