TIM WHISTON, Group Finance Director, joined iSOFT in 1997. Having helped
prepare the business for incorporation and the management buyout from
KPMG, he was instrumental in grooming the business for its listing on
the LSE. Prior to joining iSOFT, Mr. Whiston had a diverse career with
PriceWaterhouse covering audit, accountancy, and financial management
consultancy for a variety of international public companies. He is
responsible for investor relations, commercial arrangements, and all
aspects of financial planning, control, and reporting. He also acts as
company secretary.
