Tim Spencer

TIM SPENCER President and Chief Operating Officer of Sigma Systems, as
well as the leader of Sigma’s management team, Tim focuses on overall
business leadership and OSS solutions delivery to the company’s
expanding client base. Under Tim’s leadership, Sigma’s Service
Management Portfolio in known throughout the cable industry as a leading
solution targeted to tier one cable operators. Tim’s extensive
experience in the communications industry plays a significant role in
the company’s leadership position in cable broadband service management.
Prior to assuming the role of President and Chief Operating Officer, Tim
was Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Engineering of Sigma’s
Cable Service Management practice. Prior to joining Sigma in 1995, Tim
was Director of Engineering in the Advanced Engineering Team at Bell
Mobility, one of North America’s largest wireless carriers. He holds a
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from DeVry University in Chicago,
Illinois.
