Tim McCormack

TIM MCCORMACK is President and Chief Investment Officer of McCormack
Advisors Inc. ‘ Portfolio Managers of the Santa Barbara Market Neutral
Fund. He has 15 years experience trading and allocating to non-
traditional investment strategies. From 1987 until 1991, Mr. McCormick
was the CTA of Alpha Futures Management ‘ a quantitative firm that
specialized in developing and trading a volatility-based trading
strategies in the futures markets. He was a General Securities Principal
with Vanguard Capital, operating a branch office in Santa Barbara,
California from 1988 until July 1997. His primary focus was designing
and managing multi-manager portfolios for clients, and providing
institutional equities clearing services for market neutral hedge funds.
In July of 1997, Mr. McCormack terminated his affiliation with Vanguard
Capital in order to begin operations of the Santa Barbara Market Neutral
Fund Group.
