Tim L. Rabe

TIM L. RABE is Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of
Delaware Investments. He earned a BS degree in Finance from the
University of Illinois. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Mr. Rabe was
a High Yield Portfolio Manager for Conseco Capital Management. He also
worked as a Tax Analyst for the Northern Trust Company. He is a
Chartered Financial Analyst.
