Tim Hutton

TIM HUTTON is the Chief Executive Officer of Coil SA, a Belgian Company,
quoted on the Nouveau Marche of the Paris Stock Exchange. Coil is a
provider of high value added niche surface treatment services to the
aluminium flat rolled products industry. Educated in the UK at
Charterhouse and Reading University, Mr Hutton is a Bachelor of Law and
a qualified solicitor. In 1978, he joined London law firm , Denton Hall
& Burgin. In 1982, he joined Continental Bank, where he spent nine
years in corporate finance in London and Paris. In 1992, Mr Hutton and
his partner, Charles van der Haegen, led the management buy-out of Coil
and its IPO in 1996. Mr Hutton took over as Chief Executive in February
2000.
