Thomas P. Stan

THOMAS P. STAN was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Total Energy Services Ltd. in June 2000. From 1996-2000, he was Vice
President, Corporate Development for Petro-Canada. From 1981-1996, Mr.
Stan worked for Amerada Hess Canada Ltd., where he progressed from
Business Analyst to Vice President, Corporate Planning. Mr. Stan has had
extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and
strategic planning.
