THOMAS HEMPENSTALL, aged 52, is the Chief Executive of Metal Bulletin
Plc. He joined the Company in 1967 and gained widespread experience in
fulfilment, advertisement sales and marketing. He is a former Chairman
of the Directory Publishers Association. He was appointed to the Board
in 1986.
