Thomas H. McLain

THOMAS H. McLAIN joined Nabi Biopharmaceuticals in 1998 and today serves
as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. From
1988 to 1998, Mr. McLain was employed by Bausch & Lomb, Incorporated.
Prior to joining Bausch & Lomb, Mr. McLain practiced with the accounting
firm Ernst & Young. Mr. McLain received his BA in Economics at College
of the Holy Cross and an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School
of Business at the University of Rochester, specializing in accounting
and information systems. He is also a member of the Board of Directors
of Eastman Chemical Company and serves as the Chairman of BioFlorida.
