Thomas E. Hales

THOMAS E. HALES is Chairman, President and CEO of U.S.B. Holding Co.,
Inc. He was a founding member of the Rockland Community Trust for Strong
Families and Resilient Kids, former Board member of the Rockland
Business Association, a former Trustee of Dominican College, and he has
served as a Task Force Member on the Financial Accounting Standards
Board. Mr. Hales received his BBA from Iona College, cum laude, and his
MBA from Pace University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He was
recently awarded an honorary doctorate from Dominican College.
