Thomas A. Daiber

THOMAS A. DAIBER has been Senior Vice President and CFO of Allegiant
Bancorp, Inc., since May 1999. Prior to that, he was the Director of
Internal Audit for Allegiant Bancorp. Prior to joining Allegiant, he was
employed by Pioneer Bank for more than five years, including serving as
its President and COO. Mr. Daiber has 17 years of banking experience. He
graduated from Drake University in 1980 with a degree in Accounting. He
is a Certified Public Accountant and worked five years in public
accounting before beginning his banking career.
