Terry G. Whitesell

TERRY G. WHITESELL serves as Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of
Obsidian Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Whitesell and his partner Tim Durham co-
founded Durham Whitesell and Associates, LLC, Durham Hitchcock Whitesell
and Company, LLC, and other affiliated entities, including Obsidian
Enterprises. Previously, Mr. Whitesell served as Executive Vice
President of Carpenter Industries where he was responsible for
establishing Carpenter’s North American dealer network and the Sales and
Marketing Departments. Prior to joining Carpenter Industries, Mr.
Whitesell served as President of Wayne Corporation, an international
manufacturer of buses, with over 700 employees and $90 million in
revenue. Mr. Whitesell’s career at Wayne lasted more than 25 years
where, prior to his presidency, his responsibilities included sales,
marketing and purchasing.
