Ted R. Winnowski

TED R. WINNOWSKI currently serves as President and Chief
Executive Officer of Centennial Bancorp. He joined the bank on
January 20, 1998, serving as President and Chief Executive
Officer of Centennial Bank until 2000 when he moved to his
current position. Mr. Winnowski’s most recent prior experience
was with Key Bank where he held a multitude of positions since
starting there in 1966. At Key, Mr. Winnowski held positions
ranging from Vice President of Marketing to Key Bank Long Island
President and CEO, Key Bank Oregon Chairman, President and CEO,
Key Bank Washington Chairman, President and CEO, Key Corp.
Executive Vice President, Group Executive NW Region. Mr.
Winnowski graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in
Economics from Siena College in Loudonville, New York and did
postgraduate studies toward a Master’s in Management from
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
