Ted Griggs

TED GRIGGS is a co-Founder and the CEO of Syndeo Corporation. Prior to
Syndeo, he was Founder and President of Junction, a company developing a
next-generation telecommunications open switch that combined TDM and
voice packet infrastructure. In 1998, Junction was sold to Cisco
Systems, Inc. along with its joint venture partner, Summa Four. Before
creating Junction, he was co-Founder of The Renaissance Group, Inc., a
company that built flexible enhanced services platforms. Customers
included Pacbell, Sprint, BellSouth, GTE, and AirTouch. In addition,
these products were resold by Motorola and Nortel, among others. Mr.
Griggs sold Renaissance to Precision Systems, Inc., a public Paul Allen
company, where he became Chief Technology Officer. He is also the co-
Founder of the Internet Gaming Zone, which was sold to Microsoft and is
now the cornerstone of its online gaming strategy. Mr. Griggs earned a
degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
